- The period of holding a Domination Site once seized is now 8 hours, and the reward is appropriate;
- Time bonus for re-seizing a Domination Site is now all of 90 minutes!
- Amount of Silver awarded for holding Domination Site defenses has gone right up.

We are old pirates; love might not be our forte, but we sure know a thing or two about friendship. Hence our new game Event: the Friends Quest.
Send two of your Heroes questing for friends and see who they'll bring back upon return. Every combination is unique! Can you find them all?
Ah, and then there are the new holiday Avatars full of luuurve! You can get them during the Event that's already on!
Upgrades and whatnot:
- Slight changes to Treasure Hunt rewards;
- Minor interface upgrades.
New year, new battle mode: the Hardcore! Complete missions one more time, but with even higher difficulty and extra conditions: none of your Crewmates should be deceased!
Improvements:
- New combat animations for Heroes with two-handed swords and new attack animations for sword-equipped Heroes against the Damned!
- Unopened Chests now remain in your news feed;
- You can get a lucky Power-Up offer when collecting Hero Cards from the chest!
Balance:
- 5 new levels added for all Heroes!

- We've added the option of sending more than one complaint in common chats (1 per player) when you want to report insulting or inappropriate conduct. This will help us moderate common channels better, providing safety of communication to all players.
Balance:
- Blackbeard, Boatswain and Spy now deal greater damage! It's Christmas, after all.

- The game's been painted in new colors. We mean, has struck a few new chords... well, you get it. Sounds!
- New Global and Daily Top chart designs offer better visual highlights for the leaders!
- Treasure Hunt interface polished off!
- The Parameter level indicators in Hero info now display values as compared to your Collection as opposed to compared to max possible values in the game.

- "Privateers" event upgrades;

Heya, Cap'n! This update unlocks the privateers hiring feature, and since this market is young, it's craving its first deals to get the hang of things!
Boost your crew of Heroes with Privateers or rent your Heroes out for some extra income. Sounds like a whole sea of opportunities, doesn't it?
- The news feed: you won't miss another important event or a payday with the Clan Treasury—ever!
- Unique new special offers from floating chests!
Balance:
- Higher-level Treasure Hunt missions have received revisions to enemy crew make-up;
- Number of turns in such missions amended.
Improvements:
- Power and Treasure bonus interfaces upgraded.
- A brand new Battleship: any captain's dream!

- Number of Hero Cards available from Chests increased!
- Jeanne's maximum health increased;
- Damage from Blackbeard's Attacks somewhat down.

- You can now change the app language in its settings;
- Interface revised and upgraded.

- Epic Hero cards also added to rewards for the top spot in Brawls of tier XI or higher (yes, more Brawl tiers available now).
- Leaders can edit their Clan's name; terms of changing one's game nickname revised, too.
- Minor fixes associated with endings to Boss Battles, Brawls and Wars.
Balance:
- You've sure won Poseidon's favors: you now need fewer cards to level up Legendary and Epic Heroes. Sea for yourself!
- All hands on deck! (And all coins on desk, hehe.) The cost of a ship's instant upgrade has gone down. Pimp your ride—we mean, brig—right now!
- More opportunities for the Mercenaries! The Courtesan's and Merchant's health is up;
- Hangman's and Brawler's damage has gone up. Lucky rogues, these two!
